Bio

Thorsten Lauszus works as a sales person at GfK GeoMarketing GmbH, a subsidary of the world’s fourth largest market research conpany, GfK SE. GfK GeoMarketing focuses on a multitude of place-related services and products, like market data (Purchasing Power), real estate consultancy and sales territory alingment.

The Business-GIS “RegioGraph” and seamless digital maps for all countries are another focus. Thorsten is committed to bring up-to-date, comprehensive maps to the customers. Amongst them are users of all kinds of GIS, but also manufacturers of Business Intelligence and CRM solutions.

He studied Geography in Bonn and Münster, Germany, and now lives in Mannheim.
